SCANDINAVIAN BEAUTIFUL WITH SLATE PANELS

Place cards in a Scandinavian look
Place cards for Scandi fans: On a slate with eucalyptus

Long tapered candles in a concrete stand and freshly scented eucalyptus: the table should be set bright and inviting, because you love the simple but elegant Scandinavian style. With a table decoration with elements made of wood, concrete, porcelain and fabric, dark slates create a suitable contrast.

Simply write the names of the guests on the tablets with white chalk. To make them look even more appealing, they can also be spruced up, for example with a strip of masking tape and a small twig in one of the
four corners.

The whole thing looks particularly harmonious when the branch can also be found in the rest of the decoration. Fresh eucalyptus smells nice, but artificial branches look fresh longer and can be used again and again. When everyone has found their place at the table, there is really only one thing left to do: toast the evening together!

The branches are attached to the slate with masking tape.
These place cards are really quick to make: Simply write your name on the slate and stick a branch of eucalyptus on it with masking tape.

Tip: If there are children among the guests, it is
best to leave the chalk lying around right away. The little ones then have something to do in between and can paint the tablets as they please.

Decoration tip: Christmas tree pendants are a great idea to
give your guests a personal gift. The selection is wonderfully large, colorful and funny: you either get the same tag or you can personalize the small gifts for each and every one of them.

TIP FOR THE EVENING: KICK-START CONVERSATIONS!

With place cards, every guest knows where they are sitting.
Who ate from my plate? None other than you, of course. After all, this is ensured by personalized place cards.

In order to loosen up the whole thing in a larger group, where the guests may not know each other very well or not at all, you can use a little trick: write a second name on the back of the place cards. After the main course, the menu is turned over and the round is reshuffled for dessert. So every guest gets a fresh place and conversation partner to match the dessert!
